Justin has 15 years of consulting and leadership development experience. He has held senior organization effectiveness roles for Silicon Graphics, Lam Research and LeapSource, and has consulted to a variety of industries, including bio-technology, energy, financial services, health care, and technology. He has lived and consulted throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia, and has spoken at national leadership conferences. Justin resides with his family in the San Francisco Bay Area.
